Registration

Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons.

Fees

Registration fee (before 1st June 2012): 200.00 Euros (includes documentation, lunches, coffee-breaks, outdoor welcome drink and congress diner). Later registration fee is 250.00 Euros.
Accompanying person fee: 100.00 Euros (includes lunches, coffee-breaks, outdoor welcome drink and congress diner).

Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment (or proof of payment).

Cancellations

All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to Micoteca da Universidade do Minho (micoteca@deb.uminho.pt).

For cancellations received:
- fifty per cent of the fees will be reimbursed after the Meeting. For refunds please state your full bank account details.
- no refund will be given for cancelation after 15th May 2012.
